large flowered Climbers. No.1:at least three strong canes, of
5/16" in caliper and up, branched not higher than 3" from the bud union or
crown
No.1 1/2: at least 2 strong canes, 5/16" in caliper and up,
branched not higher than 3" from the bud crown.
No 2: at least 2 canes, one of which will be a strong cane, 5/16"
in caliper and up. The second shall be 1/4" in caliper, branched not higher
than 3" from the crown.

Special Grading note for Own Root Roses:
Certain dwarf or ground cover type roses, the finished plant when grown on
own root is normally smaller in size than most other roses. You can expect
individual plant sizes on these varieties to be smaller than other roses. |
