Eastern Red Cedar has aromatic wood used in cedar chests and closets. A pyramidal tree that grows well in dry soils. Red Cedars are native in southern Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. When you think of a nursery to buy Red Cedar from consider the Porcupine for a good little tree.
